Application Technology

In our technical center, we conduct an own basic development in which all materials and downstream processing steps of our products - especially for the fiber composite technology - are researched on a sustainable basis. In addition, our customers benefit from the opportunity to carry out joint development activities at our center with less effort, to receive a comprehensive project support and to make use of our versatile services.

Examples:

• Material preselection for the project goal by database research and/or application of construction guidelines and trials in our own technical center or at the customer´s premises.

• Technical support for processing of our semi-finished products by determination of relevant process parameters and accompanying of test series at the customer´s premises.

• Assistance with dimensioning of tools and process equipment.

• Manufacturing of component parts with own technical tools and customer tools. On our Höfer lab-press, for example, all tests can be carried out, because it can be used highly adaptable.
