Our Specials for Apprentices
Laptop During Training
Providing a laptop for both personal and business use during training allows our apprentices to work, learn, and further their education effectively. A laptop is a vital work tool that grants access to digital learning materials, online resources, and communication platforms.
Individual Learning Support
We offer our apprentices tailored support and encouragement to achieve their learning goals. This may include additional training, mentoring, or other educational measures customized to the needs and strengths of each apprentice. Individual learning support helps maximize our apprenticesâ potential and supports their professional development.
Apprentice Events
We organize special events and activities for our apprentices. For example, we gather all current and future apprentices before the new training year begins. Another meeting is planned later in the year by our apprentices themselves. Additionally, we have our monthly Meet & Eat, where our apprentices come together for lunch, fostering cross-departmental team spirit and encouraging exchange among them.
Participation in Trade Fairs
Our apprentices have the opportunity to actively participate in various trade fairs. This is a great way to apply the theoretical knowledge gained during training in practice. Additionally, our apprentices regularly attend apprentice fairs to engage with interested students.
Cross-Departmental Apprentice Rotation
The cross-departmental apprentice rotation allows our apprentices to gain insights into various areas and departments of our company, learning about different processes, tasks, and perspectives. Through rotation, our apprentices can expand their knowledge and skills while gaining diverse experiences, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of our company and its operations, promoting personal and professional development.
