Occupational Health Management
Our occupational health management includes various measures and programs aimed at promoting the health and well-being of our employees. This includes health checks, ergonomic workplace design, preventive courses, and health promotion activities.
Health Budget
All employees are provided with an annual health budget of €300, which can be used at their discretion. This budget can be spent on things like physiotherapy, medications, or other health-promoting activities.
Vacation and Christmas Bonuses
Vacation and Christmas bonuses are additional payments made to our employees on top of their regular salary. The vacation bonus is paid at the beginning of the vacation season, while the Christmas bonus is distributed in late autumn.

Laptop During Training
We provide a laptop for both personal and professional use during the training period, enabling our trainees to work, learn, and further develop effectively. A laptop is an essential working tool, granting access to digital learning materials, online resources, and communication platforms.
Individual Learning Support
We offer our trainees individualized support and encouragement to help them achieve their learning goals. This can take the form of additional training, mentoring, or other educational initiatives tailored to the needs and strengths of each trainee. Personalized learning assistance helps maximize the potential of our trainees and supports their professional development.
Trainee Events
We organize special events and activities for our trainees. For instance, we gather with all current and future trainees before the start of the new training year. Another meeting will be organized later in the year by our trainees themselves. Additionally, we hold a monthly Meet & Eat, where our trainees come together for a shared lunch. This fosters a sense of teamwork across professions and encourages interaction among our trainees.
Participation in Trade Fairs
Our trainees have the opportunity to participate in various trade fairs. This provides an excellent opportunity to apply the theoretical knowledge gained during training in a practical setting. Furthermore, our trainees regularly attend trainee fairs to engage with interested students.
Interdisciplinary Trainee Rotation
The interdisciplinary trainee rotation allows our trainees to gain insights into different areas and departments of our company, as well as to familiarize themselves with various workflows, tasks, and perspectives. Through this rotation, our trainees can expand their knowledge and skills, gaining diverse experiences. These experiences contribute to a comprehensive understanding of our company and its processes, allowing them to grow both personally and professionally.
